王安石是北宋著名的思想家、改革家,他的管理思想在他的变法活动中得到
了贯彻和落实,而礼制与法制的结合正是其管理思想的一个重要方面,王安石将
他的经学思想与儒学思想中的礼制与刑罚并用的观念付诸实践,虽然他的变法以
失败告终,但是他将礼刑结合的管理思想,在中国古代管理思想史上是极为重要
的,在今天也是值得我们学习和借鉴的。。
本文主要分三部分对王安石礼刑管理思想的形成、实践和对于当代的启示进
行分析和论述。第一部分,主要探讨了王安石礼刑管理思想的形成。北宋初期建
立起了较发达的社会经济基础,但到北宋中期,却出现了严重的社会危机,在这
样的历史背景下,王安石充分借鉴了李觏的富国思想和范仲淹的变革思想,形成
了自己的管理思想,其管理思想是建立在君权至尊的君主之道、仁义礼信的君臣
之道、民本尊君的君民之道、礼刑并用的治国之道这样的经学基础之上。
第二部分,研究了王安石礼刑管理思想的理论与实践。这是全文的重点与核
心部分。主要包括治国与强兵的行政管理思想、生财与理财的经济管理思想以及
教士、养士、取士、任士的人才管理思想。这些思想都贯穿于王安石变法的全过
程以及王安石的各种著述之中。
第三部分,对王安石礼刑管理思想进行了评价,并分析了它对于当代社会的
启示。王安石人本爱民的思想对于当时的封建社会具有重要的突破意义,但是其
思想仍然是从维护地主阶级的通知出发,不能从根本上解决封建统治的危机。但
其将礼与法相结合的管理思想对于我国依法治国和以德治国相结合的制度具有
重要的启示作用,同时,在倡导与时俱进、不断开拓创新的今天,也值得去借鉴
王安石不断求变的理念。
王安石生活在距今900多年以前,其思想的产生明显带有时代的局限性和封
建色彩。本文的研究立足于当时特定的时代条件和历史环境,并结合现代社会发
现的特点和需要,比较分析,将传统与现代紧密地结合起来,力求有所突破。
