摘要
本设计根据济南市历城区港沟镇南的地质地貌情况,选定隧道方案。隧道全长1229m,在设计中,主要进行了隧道的施工组织、通风、照明、防排水及施工方案等。首先,选定隧道路线,确定洞口位置,然后进行合理的隧道几何设计;通风照明方面,是在满足交通量和运营状况的条件下,通过计算结合施工的便利与否加以调整设计;施工组织设计中主要安排了监控量测、施工进度安排防排水等,并介绍了具体施工方法及其详细的施作过程。
本设计为济莱高速公路伙路隧道设计,济莱高速公路伙路隧道地处济南市历城区港沟镇境内,是位于山东南济青高速公路济南莱芜段中的第一条长隧道。隧道在济南市历城区港沟镇境内,横穿伙路村与兰峪村之间的伙城山,总长1229m,为单向双车道的高速公路隧道。济莱高速第一合同段中的伙路隧道西起有兰峪村(左幅起点里程LK3+613,右幅起点里程RK3+604),东至伙路村(左幅终点里程LK4+835,右幅起点里程RK4+833)。
,所处围岩等级为Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ级;伙路隧道位于低山~中低山丘陵区,属泰山余脉和支脉,山体最高峰海拔标高为 。由规范可知,该隧道属于长隧道,设计水位的洪水频率为百年一遇,隧道的通风和照明设计内容按照行车速度100km/h设计。
本次设计的主要内容包括:隧道横断面、洞门与明洞、衬砌与支护、施工方案、防排水、通风照明等。
