中国工业气体行业投融资现状及策略研究
内容摘要
气体产品是现代工业重要的基础原料,主要用于冶金、石油、化工、电子、玻璃、建材、食品、机械、医疗等领域,气体工业行业的投融资体制一直是决定该产业发展的重要因素。我国现有各类气体生产企业约4000余家,总投资约400亿元。由于气体工业利润稳定、回报率高,世界九大气体公司均到中国投资建厂,总投资额超i0
亿美元,国内市场占有率在70%以上。

(、面对跨国公司咄咄逼人的势头,我国民族气体工业缺乏行业宏观管理、重建现象
严重,民族气体工业发展缺乏必要的政策保护和支持。多数内资气体企业仍是冶金等大型企业投资兴建的辅助单位,多数气体产品为企业自用。企业中的气体单位,没有投资决策权。国内原为独立承担民事责任的气体生产企业,均已与外资企业合资,且
被外方控股,决策权掌握在外方手中。矿
由于气体工业企业一次性投资比较大、贷款难、企业的融资渠道狭窄,也很难从自有资金、财政投入和金融支持方面取得投资资本。面对现状,我国工业气体行业应促进国内企业的兼并和联合,进行资产重组:尽快进行股份制改革:采取项目融资方式寻求快速发展;继续搞好合资:争取风险投资;利用融资性租赁:争取应收款证券化。另外、工业气体企业还可以采取重组上市、发行债券、吸引民间投资等,直接融资策略,或采取卖方信贷和向银行贷款等间接融资的策略,以及争取国家投、债转
股、技改贷款、贴息贷款等策略发展民族气体工业。
