结晶器保护澄清层厚度测量仪的研究
摘要
在连铸1=.产过程中,结晶器保护渣液湾层厚度的控制对保证铸坏质量 2和安全生产主主关重要,而及时、迅速、{: J事度的前挺条件。
本课题对结晶捺保护渣的导电性和氧化性 j发行了研究,开发了问种能自动测锺结晶器保护渣液海层厚度的仪器,并在实验室条件下进行了测试研究,得出如下结论:
(1) 保护泼的熔化状态决定主主导电性和氧化性,在斗之间的控告层,]t导叶:I哈利氧化'1使有很明显的差异。
。)氧#民主在电池在通过液湾层上农丽和液-金界丽时,电动势会有明显的规律
性变化。测量用的氧浓差电池由电解质(ZrOγMgO)和参比极(Cr/Cr203 粉末)构成。(4) 此测量仪的测量E误差小子 lmm 。本实验研究的两种测最方法不仅适用于测量 E络品器保护法液潦层的厚度, j在

Study on Equipment for Measuring the Thickness of Mould Slag
ABSTRACT
/n the process of continuous casting,the thickness of mould slag is important for obtaining high quality product and casting safely,and it is precondition to measure it timely,quickly and exactly for controlling.
In this paper,the conductivity and oxidation of mould slag were studied,aIl equipment that cail measure the thickness of mould slag automatically was designed, and the following conclusions were obtained.
(1)The conductivity and oxidation of mould slag depend on its melting state.
There were different conductivity and oxidation in different melting state.
(2)There were two obvious changes of voltage between two electrodes on血e toD surface of the molten slag and iron-slag material such as MoSi2,Mo, SiC,cermet and SO on,were suitable as electrodes.
(3)There were two obvious changes of electromotance produced by electrochemi. cat cell on the top surface of the molten slag and iron-slag Call be forlned bv Zr02 stabilized by MgO and Cr-Cr203 mixture as reference.
(4)The uracy ofmeasuring by this equipment is less than one millimeteL
Two methods studied in this research call be used to not only measure the thickness of mould slag but also measllre the thicknesses of other slags.
