摘要
LED技术(Light Emitting Diode)从发明到应用已经有了近60年,该技术与产业完全的改变了人类的世界。21世纪是新的技术革命的时代,信息革命的时代,微电子与光电子技术成为领导革命的基础,而LED技术则是光电子发展的重点。全球在LED产业方面发展迅速,而我国在该产业的技术,研发以及市场竞争力方面还有些不足,我国如何在这种情况下发展立足成为我们需要思考的问题。本论文从LED的发展历史,技术原理及应用和行业趋势方面,提出对我国企业如何面对以上问题和如何发展的几点建议。

ABSTRACT
LED technology has been developed from invention to application for nearly 60 years, and the technology and industry pletely changed the human world. In twenty-first Century, the era of new technological and information revolution,, microelectronics and optoelectronic technology e the basis for leading the revolution, and LED technology is the focus of the development of optoelectronics. The world is growing rapidly in the LED are still some deficiencies in the technology and petitiveness of the to develop foothold in this situation es the question we need to think paper puts forward some suggestions on how to face the above problems and how to develop in China from the development history, technical principle and application and industry trend of LED.
