×8M烘干机设计(回转部件)
摘要:回转烘干机广泛应用于建材工业、化学工业及矿物烘干。主要阐述了回转烘干机的结构、工作原理及有关技术参数。该烘干机设计新颖,使用可靠,CGSH套筒式三筒烘干机具有结构紧凑,占地面积少,是相同产量单筒烘干占地面积的地二分之一,工作可靠,能耗低,热效率高,物料烘干效果好,容易实现自动化控制,操作人员少。采用直接加热顺流式烘干,,长为8米,筒体壁厚为12毫米,;采用的是二支撑且是于四个电动机带动,扬均匀,生产能力达42t/。CGSH套筒式三筒烘干机主要用于烘干一定湿度范围内颗粒物料,如干粉砂浆行业所用的黄砂、铸造行业用的各种规格型砂。建材水泥行业用的高炉矿渣。小粒度粘物料终水份要求,烘干后的物料含水量可以达到1—%以下。进入烘干机内的物料以不粘筒壁及杨料板为宜。进入烘干机内热交换的气体温度不宜高于750摄氏度,如有特殊要求高温烘干,烘干机的入口处内筒及杨料板可用耐热钢板制造。在烘干机底部热几温度达400℃-800℃状态下,物料由提升机从喂料口喂入,在重力作用下由经过打散,破碎,分散装置均布在烘干机内部流动(保证了物料在烘干机内部的热交换效果)。热气体由下部热风炉生成,从下向上运动,与物料相接触,通过热传导,对流,辐射等多种方式将热量传递给物料,从而使物料温度不断升高,水分不断被蒸发,最终符合水分要求的物料从下部出口卸料,带着水蒸汽的气体由烟囱被风机抽出。该机能用于各种物料的烘干,具有广阔的应用前景。

Design of the Rotary Parts of ×8m Rotating Dryer
Abstract: Rotating drying machine is widely used in building material industry and chemical industry and mineral drying. This article puts forward some improved technical is a novel design and the dryer works steadily in practice. We adopt directly heated units and feed the heat in the front dryer. This dryer ,which is supported by two supporting wheel bearing , meters in diameter,8 meters in length and 12 millimeters in is driven by a motor with 30 kilowatt power and rotates at revolutions per minute. The design of spreading boards has great originality ,spreading material rotating drying machine can produce 42tons raw cement per hour contributing greatly to cement factory. Besides it can dry kinds of materiel. ln order to guarantee rotary kiln long safe working, preferable rigidity in across section and suppleness in portrait are required because of long roll and big span. Based on this, the author take stress and deformation of roll as breakthrough point, study the press and stress distribution of also can dry many kinds of material so it has a a good prospect of application and extension.
