[摘要]目的对禄劝县健康人群麻疹抗体水平进行了解,评价人群免疫的状况和疫苗接种效果,为麻疹的控制和消除提供科学的依据。方法监测对象为2013—2014年连续两年按随机抽样原则选择不同年龄组健康人群,采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测麻疹IgG抗体,以血清抗体滴度>1:200为阳性,>1:800为达到保护水平。结果 2 年共检测血清851份,%,%。结论禄劝县麻疹防控形势依然严峻,应结合麻疹抗体水平监测加强重点人群的麻疹疫苗接种工作。
