摘要:建立了蒸汽横掠大型降膜流动水平管束流动阻力特性实验台,对两相流流动阻力压降性能进行系统研究。蒸汽从实验台一侧流入横向冲刷管束,饱和水从实验台顶部喷淋,实验在绝对压力为12—31kPa的真空条件下进行,对应饱和温度为50—70 ºC,模拟大型水平管降膜蒸发器的流动过程并分析饱和温度和喷淋密度对管束间两相流动阻力的影响。实验结果显示,蒸汽掠过水平降膜管束的流动阻力远大于横掠水平管束。给出了一定雷诺数范围内转角正方型管束的单相摩察系数拟合公式。

Abstract: An experiment investigation of two-phase flow resistance in large horizontal falling film tube bundle with steam flow across test bench in a systematic study is presented. Experiments are performed at a system pressure from 12 kPa to 31kPa and saturation temperatures from 50ºC to 70ºC accordingly, with vapor flowed from one side and water sprayed from the top which is simulated to actual status in large scale falling-film evaporator.
