曲轴轴颈尺寸测量原理的研究与系统设计
摘要:曲轴作为汽车发动机关键零件,其质量和性能在很大程度上决定和制约了整机的质量和性能。近年来曲轴制造技术发展很快,数控机床柔性加工以及曲线加工等自动化生产线相继投入使用,然而我国大多数企业对曲轴生产过程中的检测方法尚停留在抽样手工检测阶段。目前国内只有少数厂家有能力引进曲轴自动检测系统,但由于价格昂贵,以及其检测精度标准与我不相匹配,国内曲轴生产厂家急需拥有自主知识产权、适合和经济能力的曲轴自动检测设备。
本文首先介绍了国内外曲轴测量的发展现状,通过对各种测量原理的对比提出曲轴测量仪的总体设计方案。本次设计的曲轴测量仪主要由丝杠螺母副传动机构组成的纵向运动机构和横向运动机构,蜗杆—蜗轮减速器,减速齿轮组,以及装夹定位机构。D摄像头按需要购买。该仪器工作稳定、效率高、基本解决了传统检测方法的各种弊端,为曲轴的自动检测开辟了新的解决途径,为精密轴类零件的非接触式检测奠定了基础,D检测方法的应用领域。

Abstract:
As key parts of vehicle engines, crankshaft largely determine the quality and performance and constraints of the machine's quality and performance. Crankshaft manufacturing technology has developed rapidly in recent years, CNC flexible manufacturing and automated production lines, curves and processing have been put into use, however, the majority of our business-to-crankshaft production process still remain in the sample detection method for manual testing phase. Currently only a few manufacturers have the ability to bring crankshaft automatic detection system, but expensive, and its detection accuracy standards and the level of processing does not match the existing, domestic manufacturers need crankshaft with independent intellectual property rights, appropriate technology and economic capacity of the domestic crankshaft automatic test equipment.
This paper introduces the development status of domestic and foreign crankshaft measurement, measuring principle parison of the various proposed crankshaft measuring the overall design. The design of the crankshaft gauge screw nut posed of vertical transmission and horizontal movement mechanism motion mechanism, the worm - worm gear reducer, reduction gear group, clamping and positioning mechanism.
