机构仿真Lisp程序开发与精密微型轧机的设计
摘要
本论文主要介绍了机构仿真和轧机的设计,通过运用仿真软件Lisp程序,绘制出一些简单的零部件,机构方面是介绍了几种常用的一些机构进行了仿真,它具有经济、可靠、实用、安全、灵活、可多次重复使用的优点,可以减少生产设计中的成本,已成为对系统进行分析、设计、试验和评估的有效方法。
本论文设计的轧机是ZDW-01型实验室用小型两辊可逆轧机,通过强大的压力,使金属材料变形,轧机是成型加工必不可少的设备之一,对轧机的研究逐步深入,本设计的轧机调整过程省时、省力,传动装置简单可靠,便于维修和调整,轧机总体结构紧凑、体积小,可满足各类科研试验和中小企业小批量生产中种类多、批量少的板、带材轧制要求。
本文基于AutoCAD的lisp开发平台实现了机构运动仿真动画演示,根据这些演示结果对轧机进行必要的优化设计,改进结构设计参数,从而可以使轧机在满足强度和刚度的情况下具有较合理的结构,通过NC转换后生成的数据链表,可以实现数控仿真。

This paper mainly introduced the design of simulation and anization Lisp, through the application of simulation software program, mapped some ponents, the agency is introduced mon simulated some institutions, it has economic, reliable, practical, safe, flexible, can be repeated use of advantages, can reduce production cost, has e in the design of the system analysis and design, test and assessment method.
This paper ZDW of rolling mill is designed with small 2001-02 type laboratory two roller reversible through powerful rolling mill, pressure, make metal material deformation, mill is one of necessary equipments for shaping the research of rolling mill, deepens, this design of rolling mill adjustment process save time, energy, transmission device simple, reliable and convenient in maintenance and adjustment, mill pact structure, small volume, can meet all kinds of scientific research test and small and medium-sized enterprise small batch production in many species and batch less board, strip rolling requirements.
Based on AutoCAD lisp development mechanism motion simulation platform and realize the animation, according to these demonstration on the mill is necessary to the optimized design, structure is improved, which can make the design parameters in satisfy the intensity and rigidity of rolling mill of cases has a reasonable structure, through the NC after converting data generated linked list, can achieve NC simulation.
