活塞型盘式离合器设计
摘要: 活塞型盘式离合器的基本特点在于其摩擦副的工作表面为环状平面,而摩擦片在工作时沿轴向移动,气室主要是推盘的气缸和活塞所组成,活塞与离合器体的法兰连成一体。工作时,压缩空气沿通道进入气室,使气缸(推盘)移动,挂合离合器。气动摩擦离合器(简称气离合器)是一种通用的机械传动部件,其主要功用是使工作机启动平稳,便于换挡以及过载保护。对气离合器的使用要求也和其他离合器一样,要求它工作可靠,挂合平稳,摘开迅速,散热性好,使用寿命长,结构简单轻巧,制造维护方便。由于气离合器不仅具有一般摩擦离合器操作平稳,可在机器运转过程中挂合和过载保护的优点,而且传动更柔和(利用空气的缓冲效果),操作更加迅速,方便,省力,易于实现远距离集中控制,因而在石油钻机上获得了广泛的应用。
本文的主要内容是根据设计要求完成了离合器的总体设计,通过对离合器的结构方案分析对比,对其结构形式,基本尺寸和主要参数进行了设计,并对活塞型盘式离合器的各零部件进行选型和校核计算。
