摘要
众所周知,变速器(transmission)是汽车传动系统的主要总成之一,并在动力的传递过程中改变传动比,以调节或变换发动机的特性,同时通过变速来适应不同的驾驶要求。手动变速器必须根据汽车运行条件的变化,由驾驶员随时变换挡位,要求驾驶员能对离合器踏板、油门踏板及变速操纵杆进行准确地协调配合,从而保证汽车具有良好的动力性和经济性,因此手动机械变速器换挡频繁、劳动强度大、会分散驾驶员的注意力,增加了不安全因素。而自动变速器则能根据路面状况自动变速、变矩,给驾驶者提供了更好的驾驶性能、行驶性能、安全性能及排放性能。
目前,中城市私家车的数量正在以惊人的速度增长。在机动车数量的上升的同时,售后服务显得尤为重要。各个汽车厂家为提高市场占有率,在售后服务上采取各种保修服务政策促进整车销售。其中自动变速器的维护保养、索赔、修理是各个厂家售后市场上的重点之一,因为中国是特殊的市场、如整车搭载自动变速器可以提高整车档次、提高竞争力;自动变速器工艺结构复杂,制造维修成本高、需要大量的专业设备和专业技师才能完成维护修复;如果使用、维修不当会造成厂家及用户巨额损失,进而对整车销售产生较严重负面影响。所以说,对自动变速器的进行分析很有必要。
本论文通过对汽车变速器结构进行分析,充分了解自动变速器的分类及电控自动变速器自动控制系统,从而学习自动变速器的维修,进而了解未来的自动变速器的发展趋势,了解自动变速器的发展方向。
