Teaching Purpose:
1、知识与技能:能够准确认读单词head/arm/hand/leg/foot等单词及句型This is his(my/your)……的掌握及运用。
2、情感态度目标:
⑴、通过认实物及图片大大提高学生的英语学习兴趣,使他们积极参与到教学中去,体验玩中学、学中玩的快乐。
⑵、通过让学生了解自己及他人的身体部位,培育学生认真观察周围人和事的习惯。
3、过程与方法:直观教学、情景教学、小组比赛等方法。
Key Point:

Sentences: This is his head.

Teaching Steps:
Step 1. warm--up and revision
⑴、Free talk
⑵、Greeting with the teacher.
Eg :good morning!How are you!
⑶、revise sentences
Step 2. Teach the new words
teach the new vocabulary using the pictures and real objeots.
Examples:
T: (Point to the head ask pupils)
①“what’s this?”
Ss: 头。
T: head head
② Read the words and ask pupils after you.
③ Using the pictures teach the other words again.
④ Practice
(After being sure that all the Ss can say , read the words)
Play a game
Demonstrate the game with the help of pictures. Show the steps for the game pupils play.
