该毕业设计是根据黄海学院生活园区3#楼的招标文件的招标须知、技术规范、相关图纸等有关文件编制的投标书。设计包括商务标和技术标,商务标有总论,计价表,清单综合单价分析表,项目清单,工程量计算书,工程量按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2013)中的计算规则计算 ,套件利用广联达计价软件;技术标部分包括工程概况 ,项目组成、劳动力布置及保障措施,施工程序及总体组织部署,施工准备,分项工程施工方法和技术,现场质量保证,安全文明施工保障,施工现场布置,技术方案,工程回访
