摘要
玩具租赁是以玩具为实物进行借贷的一种经济行为,在这种经济行为中,出租人将自己所拥有的玩具交与承租人使用,承租人由此获得在一段时期内使用该玩具的权利,但玩具的所有权仍保留在出租人手中,承租人为其所获得的玩具使用权需向出租人支付一定的费用(租金).玩具是儿童的必需品,家长每年都会给孩子购买少则几百多则几千的玩具,但是由于孩子对玩具喜新厌旧,一个几百元的玩具几天就不感兴趣了,而市场上层出不穷的高价玩具及孩子对玩具永不满足的渴求,都在促使家长对"玩具出租行业"的强烈需求【1】.好的玩具不仅能给孩子带来快乐,更能开发其智力,激发想象力,锻炼动手能力,,面对日新月异品种繁多的玩具世界,许多家长却有着相同的烦恼:即玩具品种越来越多,价格越来越高,孩子的好奇心越来越大,同时对玩具“喜新厌旧”,一面是不断购进新玩具以满足孩子的欲望,另一面却是家里新旧玩具不断堆积,弃之可惜,留之无用,,为广大家长带来了福音,,只要花一件玩具的钱,就可以让自己的孩子享受到十件,甚至几十件玩具的快乐,即充分满足了孩子们永无止境的好奇心,又为家长节省了开支,更免除了玩具维修、存放等后顾之忧.
