JIU JIANG UNIVERSITY 毕业设计 题目遥控器外壳注塑模具的设计 英文题目 Design of Injection Mould for remote control Shell 院系机械与材料工程学院 专业机械设计制造及其自动化 姓名 年级 2006(机A0631) 指导教师 二零一零年六月 摘要 我国的塑料工业正在飞速发展,塑料制品的应用已经深入到国民经济的各个部门,塑料制品与模具设计是塑料工程中的重要组成部分,是塑料工业中不可缺少的环节。塑料成型模具是成型塑料制品的工具。本文以遥控器为例,介绍了注塑模具的设计方法和流程。首先根据塑件的功能与用途用UG软件对零件进行三维造型、然后选择注塑机并确定型腔数目、接着确定成型方案、总体结构设计、分型面设计、浇注系统设计、脱模机构设计、冷却系统设计等。该设计方法对其他不同结构产品的注塑模具设计有一定的参考价值。 【关键词】注塑模;遥控器;模具设计;造型 Abstract With the rapid development of plastics industry in china, the application of plastic products to the national economy has depted in to all departments. Plastic products and plastic mold design is an ponent of the plastic industry , and also is an ponent. Plastic Mold is a tool for molding plastic products. Take the remote control for example, the injection mold design and process was introduced in this article. First we will use the software of UG to design the part, Then select the molding machine and determine the number cavity, and then indentify visit programs and the overall structure ,and otherwise , sub-surface , gating system , demoulding agencies , cooling systems should be designed as the ponents of the mould .
