醒脑静联合纳络酮治疗急性酒精中毒的疗效观察

摘要:目的:探讨醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒的临床效果。方法:选取我院在2007-2011年间收治的76例急性酒精中毒患者,其中,男性40例,年龄在23-56岁之间,女性36例,年龄在25-59岁之间,所有患者均经临床诊断为急性酒精中毒。将76例患者随机分为两组,观察组39例,对照组37例,观察组患者采用醒脑静联合纳洛酮进行治疗,对照组患者采用单纯的纳洛酮进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗过程进行跟踪观察,并记录所得数据。结果:经过治疗,两组患者的病情均有一定程度的改善。观察组39例患者中,显效23例,有效13例,无效3例,%,对照组37例患者中,显效15例,有效14例,无效8例,%。结论:在治疗急性酒精中毒疾病的过程中,采用醒脑静联合纳洛酮治疗的效果较为显著,对于患者病情的改善有较大的帮助,值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: to study the refreshing static joint of naloxone in the treatment of acute alcohol poisoning effect.
