摘要
随着市场经济的需求,建筑业迅速发展,建筑电气专业迅速壮大,各建筑公司之间的竞争力日益增强,其中施工组织设计在竞争中体现了举足轻重的地位。
施工组织设计分为六大块:工程概况,机电系统说明及安装施工特点,项目管理组织机构及职责,施工部署、进度计划及保障措施,主要分项工程施工技术方案及措施,冬雨季施工措施。
施工组织设计总则为一下四点:
1、施工准备充分,层层落实施工方案、技术交底、专项施工方案。
2、认真解决电气各专业与土建专业及其他专业的交叉和矛盾,严格进行施工交接。
3、协调机电管线矛盾,绘制机电管线综合图具体指导工程施工。
4、采用样板制,每个分项工程开始时,先确立样板,作为施工的参照和检验标准,解决质量分散的问题。
施工组织设计是投标过程中的重要组成部分,如果施工组织设计被划分为技术标,另一部分就是商务标,技术标所占整个投标比例的百分之六十,可见施工组织设计的重要性。

ABSTRACT
Along with market economy needs, construction rapid development, building electrical major, the pany growing rapidly between petitiveness, including the anization design in petition reflects the balance of power.
The anization design is divided into six pieces: engineering survey, mechanical and electrical systems instructions and installation construction characteristics, project anization and duties, construction deployment, schedule and safeguard measures, ponent project construction technical solutions and measures, winter monsoon construction measures.
The anization design conditions for the four:
1, construction fully prepare to implement these layers of the construction scheme, technical clarification, special construction scheme.
2, earnestly solve various professional and civil electrical professional and other professional crossover and contradictions, be strict with construction handover.
Three, coordination electromechanical pipeline contradictions, draw electromechanical pipeline integrated figure of specific guidance project construction.
4, USES the model system, ponent project started, first as a template, established the reference and inspection standard construction to solve the quality problems, scattered.
The anization design is an important part of bidding process, if the anization design is divided into technical standard, the other part of the business standard, technical standard is accounted for by 60 per cent of the whole bidding proportion, obviously, the importance of the anization design
