摘要
发动机寿命除设计因素外,润滑系统对汽车的正常工作起着举足轻重的作用。润滑系统主要由油池、机油泵、机油滤清器、阀门装置及铸于发动机体的油道组成。润滑系统具有润滑清洁、散热和密封四大功用。当然,机油系统必须有了机油才能发挥四大作用,因此,机油是润滑系统中的主角。汽车发动机正常工作需要机油在运动机件之间产生油膜,减少摩擦阻力和动力消耗,并减小机件磨损;循环流动的机油将摩擦脱落的金属细屑带走,使之不能加剧磨损,同时,流动的机油将摩擦产生的热量带走,使运动机件不因温度过高而烧损;粘性的机油还能在活塞环与汽缸壁之间构成油膜,起到密封作用,增强汽缸压力。

Abstract
Engine life except the design factors, lubricating system for vehicle's normal work play a decisive role. Lubrication system mainly consists of oil pool, oil pump, the oil filter, valve device and cast in the way of oil launched. Lubrication system, cooling and lubrication clean with sealing four functions. Of course, the oil system must have a role to play four big oil, therefore, oil is the protagonist in the lubricating system. Automobile engine oil in the normal work of the moving parts is generated between the oil film, reduce the friction resistance and power consumption, and reducing mechanical wear; circulating oil will rub off the metal fines away, so that it can't aggravate the wear, at the same time, the flow of oil generated by friction heat away, so that movement of the parts not because of too high temperature to burn; viscous oil can be formed between the piston ring and cylinder wall oil film, which plays a sealing role, enhance the cylinder pressure.
