摘要
本文详细介绍了基于PLC控制的自动化仓库的堆垛机设计,其中重点放在了行走机构的设计、货叉伸缩机构的设计计算和PLC控制程序上。在进行行走机构的设计时,主要是通过对行走机构的传动方案的选取,运行阻力所决定的行走电机的选取,由速比决定的减速器的选取,以及制动装置夹轨器的选取等主要部件的选取来进行设计的,在根据设计要求对各部件初步选型后,都进行了校核,保证了选择的合理性;货叉是堆垛机存储和取出货物的主要工具,对其设计有较高要求,文中给出了比较详细的分析及计算过程;PLC程序的设计,有比较详细的流程,程序能够实现所要求的功能。在本文最后部分,对该堆垛机的稳定性进行了较为详细的讨论,保证了堆垛机工作时运行的平稳性。
本次设计的堆垛机性能良好、动作灵活、操作方便、、维护简单方便,满足了生产的需要。

 Abstract
This paper describes in detail the design of the stacking crane in stereoscopic warehouse controlled on the basis of my design ,I focuses on the design of walking mechanism、forks and the programs of PLC, at the beginning of design, firstly, I select the transmission of the walking mechanism, secondly, I choose the motor by the running resistance of the walking system. Once the motor is selected,the speed ratio between the motor and the running wheels is defined. And the reducer is selected by the speed ratio. The ponents such as brakes which are used to break when necessary can be selected by mands of the system,so is the buffers,and so on. In according to the design requirements, the initial ponents must be conducted checks to ensure the
justifiability of choice. Forks are the main tool of Stackers’ storage and removal of goods, there have higher requirements for its design, and this paper gives a more detail analysis and calculations. The design of programs of PLC,I provide the processes of the programs which meet the requirements of the design. In the last part of this paper, the stability of the crane is checked in more details of discussion to ensure the stacker crane’s working stability.
The design of the crane works out in good condition, action and flexible, convenient operation, low failure rate, maintenance, simple and convenient to meet the production needs.
A suit system of stacker based on PLC, and realized the automatic control.
