详细介绍了压力传感器的原理应用及分类,描述了压力传感器在焦炉压力监测方面的应用及具体的电路设计。把焦炉气压转换为电压,通过电压值的大小间接地测量气压值的大小。在实验教学和科学研究中,对多路信号进行检测、分析、控制要用到多踪存储示波器,而示波器的价格昂贵,所以这里以AT89S51单片机为核心,采用并行8位0809ADC芯片作为A/D转换器,组成了数据采集电路。为了在人机对话设计中降低硬件成本,节约单片机的I/O口资源,通过串行动态扫描,即位码和段码交替发送的发送方式设计了显示模块。这种显示方法简单实用,具有良好的功能。通过单片机软件编程控制电机的正反转,从而控制进风进料阀门的开度,最终达到压力的自动调节与控制。为了安全起见,在压力控制过程中加进了自动报警电路,实现了压力自动控制的安全进行。

Title The Control System of Cokery Automatic Pressure
Abstract
It introduces the principle applications and sort of the pressure transducer,and it describes the applications as well as the concretethe circuit design about cokery pressure monitoring survey of the pressure can change the cokery gas pressure into voltage,and measure the value of air pressure indirectly through the magnitude of in the experiment or in the scientific studies,we should use more traces storage the oscillographic is so expensive, here with AT89S51 singlechip as the core,we adopt paralleling 8-bit 0809ADC chip as A / D convertor to made up of data gathering circuit. In order to reduce the hardware cost in puter munication and save the I / O resources of the singlechip,we design the display module through serially dynamic scan,which adopts the transmit mode of the bit code sending and the segment code sending kind of explicit method is simplicit and useful,and it is in possession of benign regulates positive and negative shift of the electrical machine , consequently it can regulates the angle of divergence of inletair fill valve and reliaze self-regulation and control of the sake of security,it adds up to the autoalarm circuit in the procedure of pressure control to ensure the security of the automatic pressure control.
