在石油工程领域,在世界范围内通过油井依靠天然能量开采和人工补充能量开采后的油藏,原油采出量平均不到原始石油地质储量的50%,我均仅33%左右,近2/3的剩余石油仍残留地下。在未发现既经济又丰富的石油替代物之前,要保持石油稳定供给,不仅需要在勘探上作出更大的努力,同时还需要努力提高现有油藏的生产能力,即人们非常关注石油的开发与开采,因此正确制定油田开发方案意义重大。
