印刷油墨的配色技术研究
摘要
油墨配色是印刷工厂在印刷过程中经常需要进行的操作,但是,众多厂家都是通过调墨师凭经验调配油墨的。如何解决准确性差、难以复制相同颜色、人工调墨慢、大量浪费油墨的缺点就成为了我们研究需要迫切解决的问题。
文章分析油墨配色的基本法则及配色的影响因素,着重对传统人工配色和现代电脑配色进行了阐述并结合实验模拟人工配色得出人工配色的弊端。相对传统配色,现代电脑配色不但解决了传统人工配色存在的问题,而且也带来了更多的优点。文章最后明确指出了电脑化、自动化是配色的最终发展方向。
希望本文的研究对于油墨配色的发展有着积极促进意义。

ABSTRACT
The printing ink color matching is needed to operate frequently during the printing process in print factory, but in many factories, people who match ink color are depend on their experiences .It is the question we need to solve urgently that how to solve these disadvantages that bad accuracy, copying the same color difficultly, slow speed of matching color by people and wasting mass inks.
The article analyzes the basic principles and influence factors of color matching, emphasize elaborates to the traditional color matched, combines experiment to emulation the artificial color matched to get its irregularities. Opposite to traditional color matched, puter color matched not only solves its disadvantages, but also brings in more advantages. At last, the article point out puterization and automation is the end development direction of color matching.
It hopes that the research has active meaning to the development of color matching.

第一章绪论

配色就是以几种单纯的颜色,最常用的应该是三原色油墨,按不同比例调配成样品颜色的过程。配色的基本原理是以色彩合成与颜色混合理论为基础,以色料调和方式得到同色异谱色的效果。
油墨的颜色是一个极为重要的指标,尤其是对印刷品而言,颜色的反映程度几乎是印刷品质量的关键指标之一。人工配色是印刷厂
