小城镇生态环境规划中的生态适宜度分析.pdf

随着我国“小城镇,大战略”的实施,各地小城镇建设步伐明显加快,有力的促
进了地方经济的发展和社会进步。但同时也出现了相当严重的环境问题,环境规划工
作刻不容缓。基于此,华中科技大学环境科学与工程学院接受委托着手编制《村镇环
境保护规划规范》,为广大村庄和集镇的环境保护工作提供科学依据。
土地利用规划是生态环境规划的重要一环,也是环境区划的基础。土地利用规划
的基本元素是土地生态适宜性分析,通过土地适宜性分析可以为土地现状利用分析、
土地利用规划及土地开发和充分、合理利用土地资源提供科学依据。本文在初步分析
国内外土地利用现状的基础上,以云南北大营草原旅游区生态适宜度分析为例,对小
城镇土地利用规划的合理性做了初步研究。
云南北大营草原旅游区生态环境适宜度分析是本文的主要部分。该段首先对旅游
区现状及规划情况做了简单的介绍。在进行生态适宜度分析时,首先利用专家评估和
矩阵法等进行指标因子的选取,然后运用数学方法确定各因子的权重,构建生态适宜
度分析数学模型并确定生态适宜度分级标准。最后依据模型计算生态适宜度值,得出
结论并做出相关的讨论。
本文最后总结了生态适宜度分析方法应用在小城镇环境规划中的优缺点,并对分
析过程的不足做了讨论并提出改进建议。

Abstract

With the implementation of “Small cities and towns,big stratagem”in our country,
the construction of small cities and towns is distinctly quickening,consequently promotes
the economic development and social advancement powerfully. But at the same time
serious environmental problems appear,so as to environmental planning has no time to
delay. Owing to these,College of Environmental Science and engineering of HUST is
consigned pile Environmental Protection Planning Criterion in Small Cities and
Towns to provide basis of environmental protection in small cities and towns.
Land use planning is an important part of ecological environmental planning,and it is
the foundation of environmental district too. Ecological suitability analysis is the essential
method of land use planning. By the ecological suitability,scientific evidence can be
provided for the analysis of the present condition,the planning of the land use, and for the
land exploitation and effective, reasonable land resource use.
Based on elementary analysis of land use status internal and external,the thesis gives
an example of ecological suitability in Yunnan Beidaying grassland landscape spot,and
then makes research in rationality of land use planning in small cities and towns.
