上海大众制造部立体仓库的库位优化

摘要

随着世界经济一体化和现代科技的迅猛发展,现代物流被认为是除
降低资源消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三方利润源泉”。在这一环
境下,作为物流的重要组成部分的仓储管理,也越来越多的被人们关注。
如何提高仓储管理效率,成为了现代经济研究的一个热点问题。
上海大众制造部的仓库,其库位管理过程中不能够进行正确的库位
优化,只能凭借管理人员的经验选择库位,摆放物品,导致库位管理效
率低下。因此,解决库位管理中的库位优化问题,势在必行。
接着针对制造部端拾器立体仓库在运行中存在的能源消耗高、出入
库节奏慢的问题,根据提高效率的原则,提出库位优化的模型,达到减
少能源消耗,降低立体仓库运行成本,提高出入库节奏的目的;针对制
造部物料仓库,分两步对其库位管理进行优化。首先对物料仓库的存储
区域进行了优化,使其存储策略更合理。接着从库位选择优化着手,重
点对自动化立体仓库的库位选择进行优化,建立了库位选择优化的数学
模型;并设计了库位优化程序,将程序与优化后的WMS系统整合在一起;
通过应用,达到了降本增效的目的。

IN SVW FABRICATION DEPARTMENT



ABSTRACT


With the world economics integrating and the modern science developing,
the modern logistics is deemed to “The third Profit Headspring”, except
reducing resources consumption and improving labor productivity. Under this
environment, storage management which is the important part of logistics, are
paid more and more attention by people. How to enhance the efficiency of
storage management has e a modern economy research hot topic.
In SVW fabrication department, when putting goods into the warehouse,
the management cannot carry on the correct optimal storage space. These
warehouses only can rely on administrative personnel's experience to choose the
storage space, causes the management efficiency low. Therefore, solving the
storage space optimization question in going into storage is imperative.
The study about the slotting optimization is based on the AS/RS in SVW
fabrication department. At first, this article studied the tooling AS/RS. It has
established the storage space optimization model based on the energy saving. In
