基于B/S结构的会议室预约系统
摘要
会议室作为一个单位或部门的重要资源,其使用是非常频繁的。当各部门都有重要会议需要召开时,难免会发生冲突。为避免冲突,各部门需要花费大量时间和精力进行预约和协调,但预约困难、协调麻烦等问题往往导致会议室不能充分发挥其应有的作用,造成效率低下,资源浪费,而且也使得会议室管理员的工作负担加大。网络技术的飞速发展使得人们的工作和生活获得巨大的便利,办公自动化的成功实施为消除传统会议室管理方式的弊端提供了解决方案。本文正是基于此,研究和开发了一套会议室预约管理系统。鉴于JSP技术在网络开发上的极大优势,考虑到Struts框架的高效性和成熟性,为解决会议室时间冲突、预约困难的问题并达到操作简便的目的,本文选择基于Struts的可视化会议室预约系统作为研究课题。本文首先简要阐述了研究开发该系统的背景和意义,所用到的JSP、MVC设计模式、Struts框架和其他相关技术,其次,详细介绍了系统体系结构、系统需求分析,系统整体设计方案及其功能模块的详细设计和具体实现以及测试,最后,对系统的优化方法和实现过程中用到一些关键技术进行了分析与讨论。本文设计和实现了一个功能全面,界面友好,操作简单的会议室预约管理系统。

In pany or a department,council-chambers are import resources,they are used it always courts conflicts among order to avoid this phenomenon,persons in charge of the departments must book the council-chambers one day or several days before the meeting date,and they must confer with each it is very diffcult to do this and it will spend a lot of time and reduces the occupating coefficient of the council-chambers and increases the council-chamber administrator’s rapid development of information technology works technology provide people and society with more and more ess of OA brings a new solution to avoid the ings of traditional council-chamber on this background,we designed and developed this Web-based council-chamber booking is a popular web technology and it has absolute advantages on web design and is a efficient and fully-fledged framework which is an open source framework for building Servlet/JSP based web applications based on the Model-View-Controller(MVC) design thesis’s target is to build a powerful and direct viewing visual booking system based on Struts framework,its outstanding characteristic is easy to ope
