摘要
随着信息技术地不断发展,人们生产经营意识地转变,人类社会逐步迈入了一个日渐成熟的网络经济时代。电子商务作为信息化的产物以一种全新的商务运作方式为人类社会提供了又一个新型的交易模式。电子商务的成功实现需要对信息流、资金流、商流和物流进行整合。在这四种流中,物流是最为特殊的一种,它对电子商务的作用日益突出。物流不仅可以促进我国电子商务健康发展,对于电子商务企业来说,还可以降低企业的配送成本,提高配送效率。
本文根据电子商务与物流配送等基本理论,从当当网的物流模式的角度探究了电子商务物流配送。首先,本文以当当网的起源与发展出发,并在此基础上,分析了当当网的发展现状以及存在的主要问题,当当网的物流配送模式有自营物流模式、第三方物流模式、邮政服务配送模式;其次,对当当网物流配送模式的优点和问题进行了分析,并经过分析当当网的三种模式同性质的网上书店;最后对当当网物流配送提出了对策和建议。

ABSTRACT
As information technology continues to evolve, people have changed production and business sense. Human society is gradually maturing into work economy. merce as a product of information technology for business operations in a new way provides a new trading patterns for human society. The essful merce needs to integrate the information flow, capital flow, business flow and logistics. In these four flows, logistics is the most special one and the prominent role of merce increasingly. Logistics not only can promote the healthy development of merce, but also can reduce distribution costs and improve efficiency of delivery for panies.
According to the basic theory of merce and logistics, on the view of the pany how to choose the right logistics model, it summarizes the theory of merce, logistics, distribution theory, and theory of merce from the origin of merce and development. On this basis, this analyses the current development of merce logistics distribution status and the main problems.
