摘要
保险理赔是保险业务处理程序的重要环节,也是最后环节,是评估其工作效率的最佳手段,是保险人履行经济补偿和社会管理职能的具体体现,也是验证保险公司业务质量和服务质量最重要的环节。保险理赔工作一般应坚持“主动、迅速、准确、合理”的原则。工作流程可以简单概括为登记立案-单证审核-现场侦查-责任审核-赔款计算-损余物质的处理-结案-代位追偿。买保险是为了多份保障,让保险公司能及时为自己撑起一把“保护伞”,但许多被保险人或受益人在保险理赔过程中常感到“理赔难”,它已经成为我国保险业发展的一个桎梏。随着经济的发展,人们对保险的关注也越来越多,尤其是对保险公司的理赔方面。保险企业要想在市场竞争中取胜,必须努力改善并提高理赔的速度与质量。
本文首先对保险公司的理赔管理做了一个综述性的介绍,主要是关于理赔的原则、流程及注意事项,然后结合我国保险理赔的现状,着重分析我国理赔难的原因和解决方案。

Abstract
Insurance claims is an important part of the handler of insurance business and the last link . Insurance claims is the best means to assess of its efficiency, which is the insurer’s concrete embodiment to perform the functions of pensation and social management, but also the most important link of verify the insurance business and service quality. Insurance claims work generally should adhere to the "active, fast, accurate and reasonable" principle. Workflow can be simply summarized as the registration on file - document review - on-site investigation - audits - compensation calculation - the salvage material handling - closing - subrogation recovery. Multiple copies of insurance is to protect, so that panies can hold up a time for their "protection", but many of the insured or beneficiary in the insurance claims process often feel "claims is difficult," it has e one of China's insurance industry shackles. With economic development, more and more
people are concerned about insurance, especially for aspects of insurance claims. If panies would like to win petition in the market, claims must strive to improve and increase the speed and quality.
In this paper, first, did a review of the introduction about the pany's claims management, mainly about the principle on claims, procedures and precautions, and bined with the status quo of China's insurance claims, analysis of the claim difficult to focus on the causes and solutions.
