摘要
本设计是丹东机床厂新建厂房设计,此厂房为钢—钢筋混凝土结构,由钢屋架和排架结构体系构成。主要设计内容包括:建筑图设、结构图设计、结构计算三大部分。
其中,建筑设计内容部分包括:总体平面布置图;一层平面图;屋顶平面图;立面图;剖面图;详图。结构设计内容包括:确定结构方案和结构设计计算。是确定结构方案:钢屋架结构方案与布置;排架柱结构方案与布置;吊车梁结构方案与布置;屋面支撑方案与布置;墙梁方案与布置;基础方案与布置;结构措施及其特殊部位的处理等。:完成结构计算书一份,内容包括:荷载汇集;荷载组合及内力分析;钢屋架内力和杆件、节点计算;排架结构内力和配筋计算;钢楼梯计算;基础配筋计算;其它必要的结构构件配筋计算。
针对以上设计内容严格按照国家标准、规范以及相关参考书进行设计,在设计当中使用了CAD、天正、等软件完成相关设计内容。针对丹东机床厂新建厂房的每一项内容的设计,加强了绘图和计算能力,以及查阅相关规范和参考书的能力。
