PLC控制的小型自动化仓储设备

摘要
现代物流管理作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术,可以满足消费者日益多样化、个性化和多变的需求,在提高消费者满意度的同时削减各种经营成本,因而越来越成为企业提高核心竞争力的重要战略组成部分[8]。自动化仓库则是物流系统的枢纽和核心,它与企业生产系统相集成,形成企业完整的合理物流系统。它采用高层货架存放货物,以自动化的仓储设备为主,并结合出入库周边设备来进行作业,具有很高的空间利用率和出入库能力。作为自动化仓库中最基本的机械设备,自动化的仓储设备具有沿空间三坐标方向的机构,可以在操作人员的命令下对指定货位进行存、取及移位作业。本文设计了一种小型自动化仓储设备,可用于实验室和图书馆等小型仓储系统。它采用可编程控制器PLC(
Programmable Logical Controller)作为控制计算机,链传动和滚珠丝杠作为传动形式,步进电机作为驱动电机,在接到操作员的指令后,自动化仓储设备进行自动化作业,并具有位置控制、速度控制、方向判断功能及安全保护功能等功能。

ABSTRACT
As one of the anization systems and managing means, modern logistics could satisfy the demand of customers’ diversity and personality, and reduce various operation costs to the minimum at the same time of satisfying customers better. Therefore, it’s more and more ing one of the
strategies that can prove the core capability of enterprises’ competition. AS/RS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) is the key to the logistic system. poses enterprises reasonable logistic system by integrating with enterprises’ manufacturing system. It stores goods in high shelves and has a high rate of space using and high capability of delivering mainly by storage set and some other sets outside. Storage set is the basic set in AS/RS and can move in 3 directions. It has the functions of storing and fetching goods and changing their positions. This paper designs an undersize storage set that can be used in undersize storeroom such as laboratories and libraries. It’s controlled by PLC (Programmable Logical Controller) and droved by step-motor. It works automatically under the operator’s control and has the functions of velocity control, position control, direction verdict and self-protecting.
