【提要】伴随国际分工不断的深化,在经济的全球化与产业的地方化两大趋势背景下,中小型企业的集聚成长做为一种普遍存在的经济现象,已经成为实践界和理论界广泛关注的话题。本文以浙江中小产业集聚为例,通过对浙江中小产业集聚的现状分析,研究浙江中小型企业集聚成长的影响因素和机制,并提出对应地措施。研究的结论望对我国的中小型企业间的相互作用而形成的集聚成长问题研究具有理论指导和实践应用的价值与作用。

Abstrast

一、研究背景
伴随中国加入世贸组织和全球性生产供应的体系逐渐成型,我国的中小型企业面临着双重的问题,第一方面资产的限制和资源的约束制约了他们参与全球市场的竞争能力,在另一方面,本地的市场又逐渐被规模雄厚的跨国企业吞并。与大的企业相比,中小型企业在企业的规模上面存在着明显的劣势,但是产业集聚有利于中小型企业克服自身的主要弱点——分散和孤立。从国内的外企业实际来看,中小型企业要想形成战略的伙伴关系这样才能有效地避免与它规模有关的不足。中小型企业集聚成长可以克服自身的规
