摘要

【摘要】近年来,各类农副食品的安全问题愈来愈多,从国外的疯牛病、口蹄疫到我国的注水肉、问题奶粉、苏丹红事件等,并且出现由食物引起的禽流感、甲型H1N1流感等,使得全世界人们对此也越来越关注。本文从理论基础着手研究,明确了RFID技术的基本概念和工作原理。结合RFID在农产品中的应用的实际情况,寻找出RFID技术在整个管理过程中存在的问题。并通过相关案例的分析,了解RFID技术在生肉食品监控平台的运作流程。本次论文主要探讨和研究RFID技术在农产品采购与供应管理中的应用,提出相关问题及解决办法,为今后RFID技术更好的发展提供了科学依据。

Abstract
【ABSTRACT】In recent years, each kind of agricultural non-staple food product's security problem ore and more, from overseas mad coouth disease to our country's irrigation meat, question poilk, sudan red event and so on, and presented the bird flu ore about it. This article studies on the basis of theory, describes clearly the basic concept of RFID technology and the principle of e time, bining the RFID’s application actual situation in the agricultural product, seeks for the question anagement process. And through the analysis of relevant cases to understand RFID technology monitors the platform in raeat food the operation floanagement, proposed that the related question and the solution, have provided the scientific basis for a next RFID technology better development.
