摘要
模具工业是国民经济的基础工业,被称为“工业之母”。而注射模具更是起着重要的主导的作用,不断渗透各领域并发展飞速。这是一门不断发展的综合科学,随着新材料的发展、设备的不断革新、工艺的不断成熟以及计算机技术、快速造型技术、数值技术、等新技术在注射成型加工领域的应用,注射成型发展的更迅猛。
本文为鼠标底座零件注射模具设计,通过理论设计及利用Solidworks及其Auto-Cad软件等计算机技术,辅助设计产品及绘图,具有精度高、效率高缩小成本、提高产品质量等特点。

ABSTRACT
Mold industry is the foundation of the national economy industries, as "the mother of industry" .And injection mold plays the dominant role with rating into various fields and developing fleetly. It is a continually developmental integrated science, with the development of new materials, the constant innovation of equipment, the maturity of technology continues to grow and the application puter technology, rapid modeling, numerical techniques, and other new technologies in the field of injection molding processing, injection molding will develop more rapidly.
This paper is about the injection mold design of the ponents for the mouse. Through theoretical design and the use of Solidworks and Auto-Cad software and puter technology, aided design and graphic products, and has a high precision, high efficiency reduce costs, improve product quality, and other features.

美国工业界认为“模具是美国工业的基石”,在日本,模具被誉为“进入富裕社会的原动力”。又由于塑料具有易加工、价格低廉等诸多优良的性能和特点,近年来随着塑料材料的新发展,注射模具在许多领域得到了越来越广泛的应用,模具的设计与制造也因此得到了空前的发展
