英文摘要 lower; organizational identification has a significant positive effect anizational performance, organizational identity is higher, the better the performance of the organization will; organizational inertia has a negative impact anizational performance, organizational inertia enterprise is strong, anization performance will be better; and, organizational inertia anizational identification on mediating effect anizational performance for, enterprise anizational identification by reducing inertia to anizational performance. The results for the development of enterprises to provide some theoretical support and decision-making basis, China's state-owned enterprises can enhance the enterprise employees' organizational identification to anizational inertia, anizational performance.
