abstract Abstract As economic globalization strengthens and knowledge economy develops, MICE industry es an important part in international service trade. Its substantive profit makes many countries pay much attention. Now, Beijing is just in the primary stage, so how to strong MICE enterprise in Beijing, that is to say how to choose the method of financing, es an burning question. This paper talks about financing method and is divided into 5 parts: talk on MICE economic and operating strength analyse on MICE enterprise in Beijing , which talks about MICE economic and analyses Beijing MICE enterprises ; on financing method of MICE enterprises in Hu、Sui、Gang and influences on Beijing enterprises; on capital form of MICE enterprises in Germany and influences on Beijing enterprises ;4. analyse differences between stock financing and bond financing and influences on Beijing enterprise ; whether inherent financing can be one way to Beijing enterprise. MICE industry is new and developing, so there are not enough research on it, and few on financing of MICE enterprise.
