应用PRO/E设计修正带上盖注射模具
摘要:通过对市场现有的修正带上盖塑件的设计分析,设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中,涉及到了塑件的结构设计、注塑机的选择和一些重要工艺参数的校核、型腔数目和布局模式的确定,并详细叙述了模具设计中浇注系统的设计、成型零件和零部件的设计和冷却系统的设计。
在模具设计过程中,采用了Pro/ENGINEER、,采用这些软件进行设计分析,优化了设计的参数和缩短了设计时间,提高了设计效率。
通过整个模具设计,本人已经能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件,学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数, 增加了对注塑模具的了解。

Injection Mold Design of Amendment to Bring Cap on Pro/e
Abstract :Through the amendment put on the market cover the existing plastic parts design analysis, design of the plastic parts. In the mold design process, involving the structural design of plastic parts, injection molding machine of choice and some important parameters of the calibration, the cavity to determine the number and distribution patterns, and described in detail in the casting mold design and system design, molding parts ponents design and cooling system.
In the mold design process, using Pro / ENGINEER, and other design analysis software, the software used to design analysis and optimization of design parameters and reduce design time and improve design efficiency.
Through the entire mold design, I had been able to skillfully use the current popular design analysis software, learning experiences based on the calculated or select some parameters to increase the understanding of plastic injection molds.
