摘要光纤通信是新兴发展出来的产业,由于其具有不可比拟的优势,在很多行业,引起了人们越来越多的关注。由于传输波长在纯光纤中具有很小的损耗,光纤将取代电缆成为最理想的传输介质。
本文扼要回顾我国光通信走过的历程,但是由于光纤本身具有传输损耗,使得光信号只能传输不太远的距离就会衰减到接受机无法辨别的程度。因此,如何克服该类系统的光纤损耗便成为当前光纤通信系统的一个研究热点。
本文对产生光纤损耗的原因做了系统分析,主要是微弯损耗和弯曲损耗,并且建立了损耗的关系模型,如:模拟波长与损耗的关系;模拟光纤的折射率与损耗的关系;模拟弯曲半径与损耗的关系,分析了损耗的机理,从而提出了降低损耗的一些途径。本文将对光纤应用中的两种弯曲损耗情况进行分析并简要说明其应用。

Analysis of Fiber Loss on munication

Abstract The optical munication is a new developing technology. For the peculiar merits, it has been concerned by more and more people and applied in many domains. Due to the transmission wavelengths in high purity glass fibers have minimal loss; optical fibers are steadily replacing copper wire as an appropriate means munication signal transmission.
This article inctly reviews the history of our country munication. For its own transmission loss, light signals will be attenuated to the weight which can not be received in a not-long distance. So ing the fiber loss es a hot topic in recent optical munications system.
In this paper, fiber loss has been analyzed systematically, including micro bending loss and macro bending loss. The fiber loss has relations with some factors such as the transmission wavelength, the refractive index, and bend radius of optical fiber. The mechanism of the loss has also been explained, and some approaches to reduce fiber loss have been proposed.
