摘要
以智能函数信号源为代表的新型通用信号源,是现代测试领域内应用最为广泛的通用仪器之一,它可以产生各种理想和非理想的波形信号,因而广泛应用于通信、雷达、导航等领域。
直接数字频率合成(Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis,简称DDS)技术是第三代频率合成技术,具有频率转换速度快、分辨率高、相位连续等优点,因而得到了广泛的应用。DDS芯片AD9850具有输出频率精确、频率间隔小、易于控制、信噪比高等优点,本文采用AD9850来实现DDS技术。
本系统以ARM7系列的LPC2138芯片和AD9850为核心,辅以必要的模拟电路,构成了一个基于DDS技术的智能函数信号源。文中给出了系统硬件、软件的设计方案论证并进行了优选,同时对技术指标作了论证,实现了人机交互界面,使用SPI键盘板做为控制参数调节,并在实验结果的基础上,对系统作了误差分析。

ABSTRACT
The new general Intelligentized signal source, represented by arbitrary wavegenerator, is widely used in the mordern testing field. Given the abilitiesof generating all kinds of ideal and none ideal signals,it has been widlelyused in the domains munication,radar, navigation, etc.
DDS technology is the third generation of the frequency synthesis technology, DDS technology has some prominent merits, such as quick frequency conversion rate,high resolution, continual phase, and so on, so that has found widespread applications. DDS Chip AD9850 has precise output frequency, small frequency interval, and highsignal to noise this paper , we uses AD9850 to realize the DDS technology.
The Intelligentized Signal source based on DDS, with a ARM 7and AD9850 as a core, complimentedy necessary analog circuit. In this paper , we have provided the systematic both hardware and software design plan and carried on optimum seeking, proved the technical indicator at the same time, and has worked out the programme-controlled interface of the signal source,Using SPI keyboard board to make regulating for the control parameter, In the end ,we has done the error analysis base on the experimental result.
