小汽车卡通玩具的三维造型设计毕业设计.doc

摘要
本文介绍利用Pro/ENGINEER软件,来完成小汽车卡通玩具的三维造型设计。三维造型是计算机辅助几何设计和计算机图形学的一项重要内容。当代世界的各种产品在加工前都需要对其外形预先进行三维造型设计,这样才能保证产品在制造过程中的可行性。从熟练使用Pro/ENGINEER二维草绘图形、特征模型的创建以及零件的装配中,高解决实际问题的能力。
在整个设计过程中,主要对小汽车玩具的各个零部件进行结构设计和着色,最后对各个零部件进行虚拟装配。通过对玩具的系统设计,肯定了Pro/ENGINEER这款软件在造型设计、基本特征创建、组件虚拟装配、着色等方面的优势,从而使设计工作直观化、高效化、精确化。使玩具产品具备更高的产品价值,拥有更好的市场销量。并精确证明了Pro/ENGINEER软件在产品的研究和开发中具有很重要的意义。

Abstract
This paper describes the use of Pro/ENGINEER software, plete the three-dimensional modeling design of cartoon toy car. 3D modeling puter aided geometric design puter graphics is an important content of. The contemporary world of various products in processing are needed before the appearance of a3D modeling design, so as to ensure the products in the manufacturing process feasibility. From the skilled use of Pro/ENGINEER two-dimensional sketch graphics, model creation and assembly of parts, high ability to solve practical problem.
Throughout the design process, mainly on car toy all ponents of the structure design and coloring, at the end of each parts in virtual assembly. Based on the system design of toys, affirmed the Pro/ENGINEER software in design, basic feature, virtual assembly, assembly create coloring and other aspects of the advantages, so that the design work is direct-viewing, efficient, accurate. The toy products with higher value products, have better market sales. And precise proof of Pro/ENGINEER software in product research and development has the very important significance.
