一种关于空调配管阻尼层的优化设计分析
摘要:在空调的设计过程中,配管系统如何能最大程度的减少震动、降低噪音一直是主要的难点之一,它是决定空调运行品质的重要影响指标。作者在文中通过分析空调在仿真优化的设计过程里成本计量与计量准确度之间的对立统一,把数理统计学里面的近似模型原理运用在最优化空调配管系统本身的阻尼上。借助正交试验以及均衡试验融合的试验模式,创建出多项式模式下响应面、克里金最佳内插、BP神经网络同类的模型等针对空调配管系统本身的阻尼层如何达到最优设计进行深入探讨。

Abstract: in the process of design of piping system, air conditioning, how can reduce the maximum vibration, noise reduction has been one of the major difficulties, it is important index to decide the running quality of air conditioner. 一、配管系统的模拟
由模型中我们不难发现,模型的自变量有结构设计中动力系统计算结果,同时综合考虑了沥青似的阻尼层,它以有限元动力的方式进行模拟推算时能耗十分巨大。由于优化的过程中必须连续反复应用有限元模型计算动力系统的运行,所以其所需的计算量我们很难完成。如果利用相类似的模型进行有限元的计算,能够在很大程度上简化计算的过程,提高优化的效率。下面引用几个类似的模型来对配管系统的优化进行计算,同时研究各模型的优点与不足。
