宝洁公司知识型员工流失原因及对策分析

在当今知识经济时代,科技飞速发展,竞争日益激烈,技术成为决定一个国家或企业是否具有核心竞争力的最重要因素。而技术创新的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,知识型员工作为掌握科学技术知识的人才,日益成为各高新技术企业争夺的对象。知识型员工凭借掌握着先进的文化知识,在企业中处于创造知识、利用知识、使知识增值的重要地位,因而成为了企业核心竞争力形成和发展的关键,知识型员工的管理成为企业人力资源管理的重点。如何减少本企业知识型员工的流失,降低流失风险成为我国企业管理者所要关注的一大课题。本文主要从宝洁公司知识型人才流失的特点、原因和现状等方面进行较为全面的分析,从中总结影响其流失的原因,并提出较为可行的对策,希望能有助于减少宝洁公司知识型人才流失,使其在激烈的市场竞争中求得发展,也希望从中能对其它企业的人才管理起到借鉴的作用。

Abstract
In today's knowledge economy era, the rapid development of science and technology to e increasingly petition, the decision of a country or whether the enterprise is the petitiveness of the most important factors. Technological innovation is petition in the talents' competition, knowledge-based employees as mastering knowledge of science and technology talent, ing the high-tech enterprises for the object. Relying on advanced knowledge-based employees holding the cultural knowledge, in the enterprise knowledge, using knowledge creation, knowledge value-added important position, thus e the petitiveness of the enterprise, and the key to the formation and development of the knowledge-type employees management has e the key enterprise human resources management. How to reduce the loss of the enterprise knowledge-based employees, reduce the risk of loss of our enterprise managers have e a topic of concern. This article mainly from the brain drain of the knowledge-type p&g characteristic, the reason and the status quo, etc, which is prehensive analysis of the reasons of the summary influence, and puts forward a feasible countermeasures, the hope can help reduce p&g knowledge-based economy, in the petition in the market, also hope to seek development of other enterprises can play the role for talent management.
