摘要
本实验采用荧光法测定不同采收期柴胡茎中总黄酮的含量,通过实验研究采收期对柴胡茎中总黄酮含量的影响,结果如下:%,%,%,%。结果表明:狭叶柴胡的茎中的总黄酮的含量因采收期的不同而有所差异。随着采收期的延后,柴胡茎中总黄酮的含量变化趋势是先上升后下降再上升,其中7月17号的含量最高,8月3号的含量最低。分析其原因,7月17号柴胡茎生长比较旺盛,因此含量比较高,8月以后柴胡向生殖方向生长,因此黄酮含量下降。本文通过对不同采收期柴胡茎中的总黄酮含量进行测定和分析,为柴胡得采收期提供理论依据。
通过方法学考察表明:用荧光法测定柴胡中总黄酮含量,结果准确,精密度好;且该方法操作简便,样品使用量很少,测定成本低,为测定柴胡茎中总黄酮的理想方法。

Abstract
This experiment USES fluorescence determination of content of total flavonoids in di-fferent harvest time of radix bupleuri stem, through the experiment study the influence of t-he total content of flavonoids in the harvest time of radix bupleuri stem, the results are as f-ollows: the total content of flavonoids in radix bupleuri stem 7/2 is %, 7/17 of the tot-al content of flavonoids in radix bupleuri stem was %, the total content of flavonoids in radix bupleuri stem 8/3 was %, and 8/15 of the total content of flavonoids in radix b-upleuri stem was %. The results show that the narrow leaf content of total flavonoids of radix bupleuri stems by different harvest time have change.. At the same time, the monthof radix bupleuri harvested stem heavy flavonoids content significantly higher than in early recovery.
