不同溶剂对CLST流延浆料流变性能影响的研究
摘要
CLST(CaO-Li2O-Sm2O3-TiO2)微波介质陶瓷是一种广泛用作介质谐振器的陶瓷材料,该陶瓷材料的四种成分摩尔比为CaCO3:Li2CO3:Sm2O3:TiO2为16:12:9:63,具有频率温度系数小,介电常数高,品质因数适中等优良性能。
流延成型是一种目前使用较广泛, 能够获得高质量、超薄型陶瓷薄片的成型方法。由于该法具有设备简单、可连续操作、生产效率高、自动化水平高、工艺稳定、坯体性能均一等一系列优点, 因此在陶瓷材料的成型工艺中得到了广泛的应用。稳定均一的浓悬浮液浆料的制备是流延成型出密度高且均匀、结构性能优良坯体的前提,本文研究了粉料在不同溶剂(混合熔剂)中的悬浮性能,以此来确定最佳混合溶剂。并研究不同比例混合溶剂和不同分散剂含量对浆料粘度的影响,确定混合熔剂和分散剂含量的最佳比例,使浆料具有良好的流变性能和悬浮性,最终得出适合流延成型的较佳配方。

Study on effect of different solutions on the rheological behaviors of slurry for tape-casting CLST
ABSTRACT
CLST(CaO-Li2O-Sm2O3-TiO2) microwave dielectric ceramics are widely used in the medium resonator. The mole ratio of CaCO3: Li2CO3: Sm2O3:TiO2 was 16: 9: 12: 63, it exhibits superior microwave dielectric properties: a high dielectric constant, low loss value, and a near zero temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency.
Tape-casting has been prehensively to acquire high-quality, ultra-thin ceramic the method has some advantages such as simplicity of equipment continuousoperation,high efficiency,high level of automation,process stability,homogeneous microstructure of green Tape-casting has been widely applied in the forming process of ceramic precondition of The ceramic green bodies prepared by Tape- casting have the characteristics of uniform density, excellent performance of microstructure is to prepare stable and uniform slurry concentrated this paper,study the suspension performance of the particles in different solvents(mixed flux),confirming the best solvents (mixed flux) according to the study different proportions mixed flux and different dispersant content influence on slurry viscosity in order to confirm the best ratio of dispersant content and the mixed flux. Make sure slurry with excellent rheological behavior and suspension property,finally,we can acquire a better formula for tape-casting .
