本文在阐述财务风险基本理论的基础上,以山东省圣源实业公司为研究对象,以其近三年的财务报表为基础,通过分析其目前的财务风险大小,结合其财务风险管理现状,详细的分析了其在财务风险管理中存在的问题,并提出应对策略,恰当的避免和减少财务风险带来的损失,保证经营者正常进行生产经营,确保经营目标的实现。
