台湾电影与中国电影市场的整合之研究

内容摘要
中国电影业的发展,在解放战争结束后,分别在大陆和台湾开始了相似而又不同的发展。大陆电影在改革开放之前,主要是作为一种政权的宣传工具出现,电影的主题绝大多数是为了表现中国共产党在建国历程中的艰苦奋斗的过程,以及共产主义政权在建。而改革开放以后,由于思想的解放和市场制度的引入,电影业开始焕发了新的生机。电影不再仅仅是政权的宣传,而更多的开始作为电影人表达情感和思想的载体,审查制度也有所宽松,电影题材变得更加广泛。直到现在,电影在中国大陆的发展已经初步的走上了市场化运作的道路,盈利模式也渐渐地向发达国家靠拢。相比之下,台湾电影业的发展较为顺利。在国民党割据台湾的初期,电影也不仅仅是宣传教化的工具,电影作为娱乐方式、表达感情思想的途径被台湾的电影人用更自然和合理的方式进行了抒写。发展至今,台湾电影业具有更先进的运营模式、更加成熟的制作团队和对市场更加深刻的理解。然而,大陆和台湾电影同时也面临着许多问题。在大陆,电影产量连年上升,但是其质量与收益却鲜有提高,国内的电影市场长期被欧美大片所占据,民族电影发展堪忧。在台湾,由于地域与人口的限制,本地产的电影无法获得相应的收益,而文化折扣又使得台湾电影难以打入欧美等海外市场。台海两岸同宗同源,近年来经贸合作开始增加,国共两党也认识到合作双赢的重要性,在这种背景下,台湾电影的引入不但能满足大陆市场的需求,更能够提高台湾当地电影制作单位的利润。作为结论,大陆和台湾应该通力合作,在市场准入机制上深入研究,逐步放宽标准,直到形成一种包含全中国的电影整体市场,将中国电影业的资源与利益整合起来,这样能够使中国的电影业发展更加健康与迅速。

ABSTRACT
After the liberation war of China, China’s film industry experienced similar expanding ways in the main land and Taiwan, however, there are also differences. Before the reform and open policy, films are mainly representatives of the government. Producers made films to show the tough ways of the munist party during the first half of 20th century and the newly found state improved the life of people dramatically in the main land
China. Afterwards, because of reforms in thought and market rebuilding, the main land China’s films had their new life. Producers began to show their thought and feelings more freely, and the standards of films began to be looser than before. There were more themes showing on the screen and people had more choices. Till now, film industry in the main land China is expanding on a market operation way, though it is on its early stage. In Taiwan, films industry experienced a better development. In the early years of KMT’s separatism in Taiwan, films are not only to be made as propaganda, apart from that, Taiwan had mature market to buy and sell films.
