【摘要】现代人们生活水平逐渐提升,越来越多人喜欢到游乐园中,通过一些游乐设施来愉悦自己的生活。作为保障游乐设施使用安全,焊接在整个游乐设施的设计、制造、安装中,具有重要作用。鉴于此,论文针对大型游乐设施结构件焊缝设计计算分析进行了专门的分析,希望能够为大型游乐设施结构件焊缝设计计算提供参考性建议。
【Abstract】Modern people's living standards are gradually increasing, more and more people like to go to amusement parks and enjoy their lives through the playing of some amusement facilities. As a guarantee of the safety of the amusement facilities,welding plays an important role in the design, manufacture and installation of the entire amusement facilities. In view of this, this article has carried on the specialized analysis to the weld design calculation and analysis of the structure of the large amusement facilities, and hopes to provide the reference suggestion for the design and calculation of the weld structure of the large amusement facilities.

1 引言
在现代人们生活中,游乐设施的应用已经是必不可少的一项生活应用。作为游乐设施的安全管理者,在部署和安全使用游乐设施的过程中,应该注重对安装中的焊接因素进行全面控制,这样才能通过焊接因素的控制,及时处理好相应的焊接管理因素,保障最终的焊接质量。本文通过对游乐设施焊接中的焊缝设计计算分析,及时确定了大型游乐设施在应用中的焊缝设计以及一些焊接中需要注意处理好的要素,这样才能保障焊接的质量能够满足游乐设施的运行安全。由此可见,在当前的游乐设施焊接管理设计中,只有处理好其焊接设计中的计算分析,才能全面提升焊接的效果。
2 研究背景简介
