利巴韦林注射液外用治疗手足口病皮疹疗效观察

摘要目的:观察利巴韦林注射液治疗手足口病皮疹消退的疗效。方法:将65例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,两组均按普通型手足口病患儿给予退热、补液、口服阿昔洛韦、加强手卫生护理等对症治疗。治疗组患儿给予利巴韦林注射液,取适量直接涂敷皮疹处,3~4次/日,连用3~5天;对照组给予炉甘石洗剂外涂皮疹,3~4次/日,连用3~5天。评价两组治疗效果,比较两组皮疹消退时间、住院时间、体温恢复正常时间的差异。结果:治疗组总有效率(%)优于对照组总有效率(%),差异有统计学意义()。结论:采用利巴韦林注射液外涂手足口病,患儿皮疹消退时间缩短,方法简单,显效快,无不良反应,是临床治疗手足口病安全可靠的选择。
