摘要:水稻是我国南方的主要粮食作物,实验室对水稻的研究非常广泛。由于水稻育种过程中需要对田间稻穗人工采收,再对样品稻穗进行脱粒,最后包装入袋保存。传统脱粒依靠人工手工脱粒,脱粒效率低,劳动强度大,因此有必要设计一种适应实验室用的小型水稻脱粒机,以便能完成实验室内高效率脱粒。本文主要研究的内容包括:脱粒机的工作原理,脱粒机的脱粒滚齿,轴流滚筒式脱粒装置与半喂入式脱粒装置的研究。并且,根据所设计的脱粒机的特点、特性,着重阐明风机的设计原理与设计。

The Design of Small Rice Threher For laboratory

Abstract: Rice is the staple food crops in southern China, laboratory study on rice is very extensive. Because rice in breeding process needs in the field of artificial harvest spikes, and then a sample were threshing, finally, the samples are packed into bag for preservation. Traditional threshing rely on artificial manual threshing, threshing efficiency is low, the strength, therefore, it is necessary to design an adaptation to the small rice with laboratory threshers, so as to be able to finish the experiment with the indoor high efficiency. This design mainly studies the contents include: the threshers way of work, the more threshing roll teeth, axial flow threshing and half device cylinder feeding type threshing devices. And, according to the design of the characteristics of the threshing, character, focused on the design principle and design of the fan.
