土族族源探析

中文摘要

土族是青藏高原的少数民族之一,在众多的高原民族中,她以人口较少而民
族特色鲜明为世人所关注。在近百年的土族历史研究中,土族族源问题一直都是
众说纷纭,至今尚无定论。大体说来主要有三种说法。第一,土族是以吐谷浑人
为主体融合其他民族而形成的。第二,元代进驻河湟地区的蒙古人,后来与周边
民族相融合,形成今天的土族。第三,根据民间传说和李土司族谱,认为土族是
沙陀突厥的后裔。本文赞同第二种说法即蒙古说,并将通过对土族的族称、语言、
风俗文化以及土族的形成等方面的论述来论证土族为蒙古族的后裔。

Abstract

The Tu nationality's source of Minority is one of the ethnic minority groups of
the Qinghai-tibetan plateau, in many of the plateaus in the nation, with her population
less and national characteristics drawn attention of the world. In recent hundred-years
of minority historical research, the minority ethnic source problem has been debating,
so far it has not been determined. There are mainly three statements on this problem.
First, the minority is based on the subjectivity fusion, in the form of other ethnic
groups. Second, the Mongols from the Hehuang area in the Yuan bine
with the surrounding nations and then form the minority today. And third, according
to folklore and the genealogy of Chieftain Li, it is concluded that the minority is the
generation of Shatuo Turks. This paper agrees with the second theory and will search
on the minority families sayings, language, culture and custom and the formation of
the minority to demonstrate that the generation was truly originated from the
Mongolian minority.
