数控加工中心技术
摘要
我的这篇论文是基于工作岗位的实践,进行的数控车床方面的研究。数控车床已应用于工厂企业机械加工的各个领域,它的产品多以轴、盘、套筒类零件为主,适用于加工小批量、高效率、程序多变的零件的加工生,并对一轴类零件的图样进行了分析、编程等阐述。图样由Auto CAD设计软件制作,其中有相应的尺寸标注。此零件结构虽简单,但它却反映了数控车床产品特征和车削的部分加工范围。

ABSTRACT
My this essay is based on the work practice, numerical control lathe research. Numerical control lathe has been used in the factory enterprise mechanical processing each domain, its product to shaft, plate, socket parts is given priority to, applicable to small batch processing, high efficiency, program changeable parts processing, born to a and shaft parts design are analyzed and programming are described. By Auto CAD design software pattern making, there are corresponding dimensions. The parts structure is simple, but it reflects the numerical control lathe product characteristic and turning machining range of the part.
